We trust the design and manufacturing quality so much that we’re giving every Road Sack a 12 months craftsmanship guarantee as well as a lifetime accident replacement warranty.

The lifetime accident replacement warranty is conducted at the sole discretion of Road Sack and do not represent that every submission will result in a replacement.

We’ll replace the backpack if, for example, the seams come apart or straps break during normal use in the first 12 months. Beyond this guarantee we may be able to repair or replace your backpack with a small fee.

If you’re involved in an accident and your Road Sack is severely damaged as a result, we’ll replace it for free to help you get back on the road—you only pay for postage.

No one else in the industry offers anything like this. We’re as committed to your safety as you are.
